  • Manages the process by providing a time sensitive to-do list (what do I need to do today to ensure the process is completed as planned).
  • Sends automated alerts at prescribed times to remind assigned person of upcoming milestone deadlines.
  • Provides a repository for process related documentation: forms, spreadsheets, sign-offs, photos, etc.
  • Creates cost-flow estimates for each instance of the process.
  • Provides and encourages process collaboration within the reach of the corporate LAN and the corporate intranet, extranet or internet environment.
